Funding is now available to insulate your home so there has never been a better time to insulate your home this winter. We are proud to be a registered service provider for the ENERGYWISE™ Warm Up New Zealand Program. We are community owned, not for profit charitable enterprise which is committed to working for our community.
Healthy Homes have been involved in the Warm Up New Zealand Program since it first started, we have insulated over 3000 homes taking out insulation measures under the Warm Up New Zealand Program. All our work is guaranteed and our strict protocols and training processes will ensure your home is insulated properly, safely and to the NZ Standards. EECA carry out random audits on work done by approved installers to make sure the work is being carried out to a high standard.

What we offer?
- Polyester Ceiling and underfloor Insulation
- Draught-proofing of doors
- Teralana Cylinder Wrap for your hot water cylinder and pipe lagging for your hot water pipes
- Ground vapour barrier for under your home
- Options to install ‘clean’ heat (i.e. heating that produces little or no air-pollution)
- ENERGY STAR® qualified heat pumps, modern wood and wood pellet burners or flued gas space heating.

Better insulation means our homes are warmer, cosier, and easier to heat. Warmer, drier homes bring health benefits, especially for those with respiratory illness or other conditions derived from living in cold and damp houses.
Do you quality for 100% insulation?
If your home was built before 2000 and you are homeowner occupier, hold a current community services card and have someone living in your home who has respiratory or chronic illness or has history of regular hospital admissions, then you could qualify for 100% subsidy, to see if you qualify simply call our office on 0800 738 763
Get up to 33% or 60% off your insulation
If your home was built before 2000 and depending on your situation you could get either 33% or 60% off your home insulation and up to $500 or $1,200 off clean heating options (e.g. a heatpump or woodburner) under the government’s Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart programme.
